Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be in resalable condition with all original labels, seals, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened or used products
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken safety seals
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
Books
Books may be returned within 30 days if they are:
- Unread
- In original condition
- Free from damage, writing, or markings
Books that arrive damaged or defective may be exchanged or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged item,
- a defective product, or
- the wrong item,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization and return instructions.
- Securely package the item.
- Ship the item using the provided instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returning products, unless otherwise required by law.
