Shipping costs:

 We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the us.


Follow-up:
All orders include a tracking number that will be sent to the email provided once dispatched.

5. Return and refund policy

Deadline for returns:

30 days from the date of receipt

Conditions for return:

  1. Unopened products and in their original packaging
  2. Non-perishable products (open skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)
  3. The receipt or purchase confirmation must be included
  4. Personalized products are not returnable

Return process:

  2. Obtain authorization and rma number
  3. Send the product to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund in 3-5 business days


Refunds:

  • Will be made to the original payment method
  •  Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The customer pays the shipping costs of the return (except in cases of our error or defective product)

6. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

 

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving
  2. Send photos of the product and packaging
  3. We will send you an immediate replacement or process a full refund
  4. We cover the shipping costs of the replacement
